Our new factory
In April 2023 we inaugurated our new factory in Cuenca with the most modern machinery and integrating the latest in technology and digitalization. Panificadora Conquese has become one of the European benchmarks in flour manufacturing, especially in terms of food safety.

Our flours for churros and porras
We manufacture two types of flour for the production of churros. One flour for churro fino and the other for porras, both from the milling of the best native wheat from Castilla La Mancha (Spain), specially selected by adding our know-how and experience.
