Panificadora Conquense holds the firm intention that, during the development of its activities, products and services, it must promote among its personnel, subcontractors and activities, a responsible behavior with the environment with the main objective of improving our environment.

Commitment to renewable energy

Renewable energy sources reduce CO2 emissions compared to non-renewable sources. By using electricity produced from renewable energy sources, we can reduce CO2 emissions by up to 60%. Panificadora Conquense has made a commitment to renewable energy and in the new plant we have built a photovoltaic system to meet the energy needs of the factory.

Our new plant, inaugurated in 2023, includes the most modern technologies and the latest machinery to guarantee maximum energy savings, with total control of consumption in real time.

Panificadora Conquense is also poised to reap a sustainability dividend, as advanced automation and increased digitization enable greater energy efficiency and resource optimization.

– We have installed a system of solar panels on the roofs.

– Bühler’s Vitaris modular cleaning system achieves a 15% saving in energy consumption.

– Bühler’s Akrivis batch scale reduces CO2 emissions by up to 11 metric tons per year.

– Energy use has already been reduced by 30% compared to the old Panificadora Conquense facilities.
